Our Integration team are experts at delivering English language courses, teaching over 200 adult learners from over 40 nationalities every week in Ipswich.
Recognised as Suffolk’s top Inclusive Adult Learning Provider, our team offers a safe and welcoming learning environment. Our friendly team is mostly made up of migrants from a range of diverse backgrounds. Each member of our team is highly skilled and has extensive experience working with different communities.
Our qualified tutors cover speaking and listening, reading, writing, as well as the vocabulary, grammar and functional language needed for everyday life in the UK.
MEET AWARD WINNING ESOL TUTOR LINDA VINES
Linda is a Co-Founder of ICM and leads our ESOL provision, managing our team of Tutors and classroom volunteers and overseeing our Quality Control.
Linda has over 25 years’ experience teaching English and won numerous accolades including the county’s ‘Outstanding Service to Adult and Community Learning Award’.
Linda says she loves working for ICM and feels extremely privileged to work in the company of so many dedicated and truly amazing people! In her spare time, she loves going for long walks and listening to music- although her real passion is for reading, Linda reckons she owns so many books she could start a bookshop!

Fees and payment

A non-refundable Deposit of £50 applies to all courses.

Fees are paid in full at least 14 days before the start of the course.

For bookings received later than 14 days before the start of the course, payment must be made in full.
Cancellations
To cancel a course booking, you must inform us, either by:

Refunds

Cancellations received earlier than 14 days before the start date of the course will receive a refund of any fees paid minus the Deposit.

Cancellations received later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
